Arsène Wenger insists he is pleased with his team’s results away from home in the Premier League this season.
Arsenal take on Reading at the Madejski Stadium on Monday night in the knowledge that only Manchester City have lost fewer games on the road this term.
Wenger is content with how his side have performed away from Emirates Stadium but admits that his team’s home form must improve if they are to climb the table.
“I believe I have a strong team,” he said. “If you look at our season at the moment, we have not produced our performances at home, our results away are in the same bracket as the two top teams.
“Manchester United are top of the league. They have lost three games, we have lost four. We had more draws, especially at home, that is where we have lost the points.”
