After his failed move to Turkish club Kasismpasa Spor Kulubu, Harambee
Stars skipper Dennis Oliech went back to his parent club, Ligue 2 club
AJ Auxerre, who are fighting hard to earn promotion to French’s top
league next season.
In his debut Ligue 2 appearance last week, Dennis Oliech came off the
bench to add power and pace against the highly-rated CS Sedan. He
replaced Paul Ntep in the 65th minute in a match that Auxerre went on
to win 1-0 courtesy of a Anthony Le Tallec 71st minute strike partly
aided by a goal keeper blunder. On Monday 20th August, Auxerre will be away to Le Mans in their fourth Ligue 2 fixture slated to kick off at 8pm local time. After his great show last week, Coach Jean Guy Walleme is expected to hand Oliech more playing time against Le Mans on Monday evening.
After three matches, Auxerre has collected six points after two wins and one loss. Anthony Le Tallec leads Auxerre's scorers chart with two goals so far.
