Nicki Minaj threatened to SHOOT Mariah Carey

When we reported that Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey were civil and professional on the American Idols set in Charlotte, we asked how long the peace would last. Recent events showed feigned peace was all we saw in Charlotte.

Barbara Walters reported on “The View” yesterday she spoke with Mariah, who said she was concerned because “Nicki walked off the set and multiple people heard Nicki say, ‘If I had a gun I would shoot the bitch.’”Walters says Mariah told her she’s hired extra security to ensure her safety.

Walters adds, Mariah said Nicki has not apologized but told her she loves her. We won’t be surprise to see them at each other’s neck again on “American Idol. Nicki yesterday tweeted, 

“I don’t call tmz n Barbara Walters cuz I stand on my own two feet.   Never needed an army. God is good.   Insecurity is as cruel as the grave.”Minaj continued, “I guess it hurts 2 have the producers tell u to ur face that nicki is the best judge we’ve had since simon. Awww, poor u. Keep them lies cmn.”

I guess she’s got a point because at the rate their beef is growing, the producers may have no other choice than to fire one of the judges or both, so as not to mar this year’s American Idol. But if the producers actually said “nicki is the best judge we’ve had since simon”, I don’t see them letting Nicki go if only one has to go.

Since the girls have refused to bury the hatchet, the producers might just bury their contracts for the good of the show. What do you think?
