Of late, Journalists in Kenya have been vanishing mysteriously.
After Bogonko Bosire of Jackal news disappeared without a trace a Citizen journalist has also dropped out of sight.
Video editor, Paul Kimita disappeared without a trace on 13th
November this year and nine days on, he still cannot be found. It is
said that he worked the night shift and was seen for the last time
leaving Citizen’s studio at 9a.m after the morning editorial meeting. He
was headed home but his neighbors claim that he never made it home
His family and associates tried reaching to no avail as his phone was off or ‘Mteja’ as Kenyans like calling it. Search parties have been sent out but as his colleague Bernard Ndong’ says Paul is yet to be found! Ndong’ was quoted saying
My colleague has been missing for the past 9 days if you have any information on his whereabouts kindly contact the police.....
