Another Female Gospel Artiste To Say ‘I Do’

The jubilee year has turned out to be full of celebrity weddings and they just do not seem to end, Emmy Kosgei’s celebrity wedding took many by surprise mostly because of its extravagant nature. Many more celebs have since followed suite including Mbithi from Just A Band, Size 8 and Dj Mo, Tim Njiru, mother-in-law’s Olive and many more.

Another gospel celebrity is set to join the married club in a few (very few) weeks time.  Mercy Wairegi, famed for her ‘Nakutazamia’  and ‘Kama Sio Wewe’ hits is allegedly set to walk down the isle with the love of her life Pastor Zeph of House of Grace Church. The holy matrimony is set to take place on Saturday 3oth November according to Ulizalinks. Mercy Wairegi who has been singing from her child hood at a tender age of 5 is also a pastor at the House Of Grace Church in Nairobi. Mercy got her inspiration from a South African gospel artiste Rebecca Malope after watching her performance on TV.
Born and bred in Nakuru, she attended Flamingo Primary and Menengai High schools and was a member of the children’s choir while in primary school and later on joined church choir after Form Four. We wish Mercy and Pastor Zeph a blessed life together
