Secular-turned-gospel star Size 8 has finally opened up in regard to her marriage and why she opted for a small intimate affair.
According to Heads Up, she would rather invest money in a business than spend so much on a single day.
"Apart from loving my privacy I also don’t believe in spending so much money in a day. That does not mean that I’m dismissing people who do big weddings. This is just a personal choice,” she said during her interview with the magazine.
The couple go wedded at the Attorney General's offices in the presence of a few friends and family and had managed to keep it private until someone leaked the story to the media.
At the beginning, Size 8 was unwilling to discuss the details of her relationship but confirmed that indeed she was now married.
Things seem to be working out well for the couple who have been travelling around in different cities within the country for ministry.
Marriage ceremonies have become grounds for showing off and proving who can pull off the best wedding. We have had our jaws drop when we heard about how much someone spent for just a one day wedding to happen.
Many a times, our friends have called upon us to do wedding fundraisers in order to meet their wedding budget and allow them that one day when they get to live out their fantasy wedding.
